Conley Bottom Resort's Luxury Fleet

Climb aboard and get away on one of our spectacular houseboats. We have a fleet of modern designed boats that will accommodate any need. Choose from our 8, 10, or 12 person rentals. All of our boats are equipped with queen size beds, pillows and blankets, central heat and air conditioning, hot and cold pressurized water, clothes dryer, central vacuum system, US Coast Guard approved flush toilets, fire extinguishers, generator, GPS, marine band radio, 400 gallon water tank, 2-100 gallon fuel tanks, 110 volt outlets & lights, tie up ropes, life preservers. The kitchens are furnished with a toaster, coffee maker, dishes & silverware, cooking utensils, and microwave. The front deck has a 150 qt. cooler, large gas grill, patio table and chairs. The back deck has swim platform, spiral stairs to the top deck where there is a water slide to splash the water, a flybridge with party top. The 8 & 10 person have TV / VCR (no satellite), refrigerator/freezer, oven & stove, AM/FM radio, 2 propane gas tanks, 75 HP mercury outboard motor. The 8 person has an electric refrigerator, smooth top range and includes one full bath. The 10 person has a propane gas refrigerator/freezer, gas stove and oven. The 10 and 12 sleeper have two full baths with additional sink downstairs.
NEW FOR 2006 All boats will be equipped with electric appliances and a PWC ramp.
NEW FOR 2006 Rent a ski boat or PWC with Houseboat rental and keep it out with the Houseboat and receive one day's rental FREE.
Sloped parking and the use of carts make loading at Conley Bottom the most convenient on Lake Cumberland.

Luxury Liner 21' x 72' with Generator
"Luxury Liner" is the flagship of our fleet. The boat measures a "whopping" 21 feet wide by a lengthy 72 feet long, totaling 1,512 square feet. A deeper hull for larger state-rooms. Truly one the largest luxury rental houseboats on Lake Cumberland. The living area has a sectional sofa along with a large entertainment center with a 32-inch TV with automatic satellite tracking system, CD/VCR/DVD player and AM/FM radio, 3 additional TV/DVD’s in the lower staterooms. The kitchen area has household size electric refrigerator, smooth top range (no longer propane), dishwasher, microwave, center prep island, ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and hallway. It will feature a 5.0 liter V-8 Mercruiser engine and a 20 kilowatt generator. It has a 16-inch catwalk on both sides, walk-thru access on front deck. Two central heat and AC units, hot and cold pressurized water with 400 gallon water tank. The front deck has a Holland gas grill and a 150 qt. cooler. All of these luxuries to make your vacation a dream of a lifetime.

Lake Cumberland's Most Convenient LocationTransferring gear from the vehicle to the houseboat is very easy at Conley Bottom. Our gently sloping parking lot allows vehicles to be parked very close to the rental houseboats for loading and unloading. We have carts to use and whenever possible some of the crew will be happy to help with your loading and unloading of gear. |

GENERAL RENTAL POLICY
Rental charge due prior to boarding or checking in.
We gladly accept cash, travelers checks, money order, certified checks.
Boat rental fee does not include gas & oil.
Boat renter must have paid & left marina 30 min.
before dark or boat must remain in the harbor until the next morning.
Deposits will be returned as long as the rental is returned
clean, on time, & undamaged.
Marina will provide assistance for breakdowns during
daylight hours, as quickly as possible.
Refunds of payment will not be made for early termination.

Deposit is not applied to rental except for full week
on houseboats or 2 bedroom rentals, where 1/2 is applied.
Renter must be 18 years old and have a valid driver’s
license & sign a waiver before renting equipment.
NO PETS ALLOWED, EXCEPT IN CAMPGROUND ON A LEASH.
Carrying on or storing of flammable liquid is not allowed
by order of State Fire Marshall.
Brochure rates take precedence over phone quotations
or web publications.
Prices subject to change without notiice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation may be made by phone and may be confirmed
upon receipt of deposit.
Deposit must be received no later than seven days after
reservation is made.
Deposit is not applied to rental fee except for a full
week where 1/2 of double deposit is applied.
If reservation is cancelled in writing, a minimum of
60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 75% of deposit may be refunded,
if vessel or unit is re-rented.
No refund of deposit if cancellation is made less than
60 days prior.
Transfers of dates or deposits may be made 60 days prior
to original date in the same calendar year for a $25 rescheduling fee.
Rental Policy
· Entire rental charge is due prior to boarding. Conley Bottom gladly accepts cash, Travelers Checks, Money Orders, and Certified Checks. No personal checks for rental payment.
· On date of arrival, the deposit reserves the boat for an 18-hour period and no longer.
· Rental fee does not include gasoline or oil.
· Renter must check in, pay and be ready to leave at least 30 minutes before dark or boat must remain in the harbor until the next morning.
· The deposit will be returned at the completion of the cruise after final inspection, provided that the boat is returned, refueled and unloaded before 10:00 a.m. Eastern time and that the boat is clean and undamaged. No exceptions, regardless of the reason.
· Marina will provide assistance for breakdowns during daylight working hours, as quickly as possible.
· Refunds of payment will not be made for early termination of cruise. Please see cancellation policy. Deposit is not applied to rent. Except for full week rental where 1/2 of double deposit is applied upon arrival.
· Renter must have valid I.D. (drivers license) and will be required to sign a rental agreement and waiver before boarding the boat.
· ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED
· Carrying on or storing on board of any flammable liquids is not allowed by order of State Fire Marshal.

REMEMBER! Lake Cumberland is located in a "dry" county.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Linens, sheets, pillow cases, towels, washcloths, dish towels, pot holders, paper products, aluminum foil and blender.
OTHER SUGGESTIONS: Camera, Camcorder, Games, Extra Lounge chairs, Water Toys, Life Jackets for Swimming, Cellular phone, Soap, Cleaning Kit, Video tapes. For the 8 to 10 person boat, Tape or CD Player.
Rates listed are based on the discount given for cash payment only.
A processing fee of 5% will be charged for payment with credit cards.
In the event of a discrepancy between web and published price lists, the published price lists (available at Conley Bottom Dock) take precedence. Call for verification of current prices.
