At Conley Bottom, you can sleep just a few feet from the water’s edge. Our lake view lodging brings you as close to the lake as possible (while staying dry!) Facilities include a playground for the little ones and a barbeque area for everyone.

All units feature: Magnificent Lake View, A/C & Heat, Cable TV, DVD, VCR. Each unit comes with an 11′ by 24′ Covered Slip (located within walking distance). Units with a kitchenette have coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and stove with oven. (Units are fully equipped.)
Check in: 4 p.m. Eastern Time. Check Out: 11 a.m. Eastern Time. We do not provide daily maid service, if you need clean linens or towels you may exchange at the marina.

Additional Fees
$150.00 Security/Damage Deposit required for all lodging except 2-bedroom. Deposit not applied to rental.
$300.00 Deposit for two-bedroom unit required. 1/2 is applied to rental upon arrival.
$6.00 per person, per night (above base rate) for extra guests.
Children 6 and under stay FREE.
*Rates listed are based on the discount given for cash payment only. A 5% processing fee will be added to credit card use on all rentals. Please add 6% Kentucky tax, and a 1% State transient tax to all lodging rates.
Motel unit – accommodates 4 people, consist of 2 Queen-size beds and bath.
Efficiency unit – accommodates 4 people, consist of 2 Queen-size beds, kitchenette & bath.
One bedroom unit – accommodates 6 people, 2 Queen-size beds in the bedroom, hide-a-bed couch in the living/dining area, full bath and kitchenette.
Two bedroom unit – accommodates up to 10 people, consist of one bedroom unit rented in conjunction with the motel unit. They are connected by outside doors.
