Piers 1 through 5 are parallel.
Slips at Harbor, Pier 1 South, 6, 7, Marina and Cottage are pull in, double entry with an additional $5.50 Per SQ. FT. over the finger length.
All houseboat slips include water, cable TV and have metered electric.
All rates are based on one vessel per slip. Cellular service, courtesy wireless, and internet service are available. The 27′ and larger slips will include (3) free pump-out tokens.
